2.2. Order Approval by Organizations (Employees and Students)

For orders placed by employees or students on behalf of their respective organizations, it is important to note that the order may be subject to approval by the management or relevant authority within the organization. If an order is not approved by the organization's management, we reserve the right to cancel the order.


2.3. Auto Cancellation of Unapproved Orders

If an order placed by an employee or student on behalf of their organization is not approved by the organization's management within a specified time frame, we may auto-cancel the order. The specific time frame and auto-cancellation process will be communicated to the customer during the ordering process.


2.4. Notification

We will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer of the pending auto-cancellation and provide an opportunity to rectify the situation if applicable. However, if the order remains unapproved within the specified time frame, it will be automatically canceled, and a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.


3. Changes to Orders


Customers may request changes to their orders within the specified modification window, which will be clearly indicated during the order process. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these changes, but we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled.
